We are looking for an " Organization and Talent Development Specialist" for Çalık Holding
Direct Reportig Line: Organization and Talent Development Manager
In this role, you will:
- Carry out the design, planning and implementation processes of training and development activities,
- To ensure the necessary controls of documents such as procedures and instructions within the quality systems, to carry out work on process development and updating, document tracking lists and uploading them to the DMS,
- Determining actions to improve processes, monitoring their implementation and taking part in improvement activities,
- Creating and revising documentation regarding processes together with relevant departments,
- Assess the training needs, plan the trainings in accordance with the target audience, conduct budget and analysis studies,
- Manage the operational and managerial processes of Çalık Akademi training activities,
- Identify appropriate internal and external resources for development programs and submit them to senior management's approval,
- Managing the orientation process end-to-end,
- While analyzing the processes, monitoring the compliance with the relevant procedures, job descriptions and organizational structure,
- Developing Çalık Akademi- Campus e-learning platform (Enocta) and carrying out its operational processes,
- Pursue the alignment of related procedures, job descriptions and organization structure while analyzing the processes,
What kinds of skills and background we need?
- University degree in Industrial , Management Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sicences of a reputable university would be an asset,
- Minimum 2 years of significant experience in learning and development, Academy departments of Human Resources or in Training companies,
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Experience in training mesaurement and evaluation methods,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, SAP HR and SAP Success Factors experience would be an asset,
- Work systematically and logically to resolve problems, to identify causes, relationships and implications
