At Lidya Mines, we're looking for a Financial Affairs Chief to join our Finance and Strategy Department. In this role, you'll take ownership of cost accounting, financial control, and reporting in a production-driven mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost accounting and month-end closing through SAP CO, aligning standard costs with actuals,
• Prepare cost, OPEX, CAPEX, and budget-vs-actual reports,
• Control accounting records, reconciliations, and financial statements in line with VUK/TTK and Company procedures,
• Manage data flow across SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, PM, BPC, FM) and ensure financial control,
• Track stock, cash, bank, and treasury records,
• Serve as the finance team's contact person in internal, independent, and tax audits,
• Work closely with field finance and operations teams to keep data flow under control.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
• Good command of English,
• 7+ years of experience in positions, requiring cost accounting, financial control or similar responsibiliies, 
• SMM certificate and experience in mining or manufacturing are plus,
• Strong SAP and Microsoft excel knowledge, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset,
• Solid command of VUK/TTK and closing processes.
