Business Development & Grid Solutions Assistant Specialist 

QUALIFICATIONS

• • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in the electricity distribution sector (open to Assistant Specialist / early-career profiles),
  • Basic knowledge of electricity distribution networks, grid operations, and field applications,
  • Strong interest in Smart Grids, grid technologies, digitalization, and next-generation distribution systems,
  • Innovative and research-oriented mindset, eager to explore and evaluate new technologies,
  • Very good command of English, capable of reading technical documents, preparing reports, and delivering presentations,
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to conduct cost–benefit and efficiency analyses,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
    Basic of Programming Languages (C, Python, etc )
  • Preferably experienced with SAP, maintenance tracking systems, or corporate information systems,
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and eager to learn,
  • Holder of a Class B driving license, actively able to drive, with no travel restrictions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Researching and evaluating smart grid solutions and grid technologies for electricity distribution networks,
• Conducting technical and commercial assessments of new technologies, products, and field applications,
• Actively participating in R&D, pilot projects, and innovation-driven initiatives,
• Preparing cost–benefit, efficiency, and feasibility analyses for grid investments and maintenance strategies,
• Engaging in technical discussions with local and international technology providers,
• Reviewing and preparing English technical documents, proposals, and reports, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders,
• Contributing to the development of digitalization, automation, and data-driven solutions aimed at improving grid performance,
• Coordinating with internal departments to support and monitor business development projects.
