We are looking for an "HR Compensation & Benefits Manager" for Çalık Holding

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and execute compensation review process  (data consolidation, calculations, presentations) and manage reward systems,
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and take part in annual salary surveys (e.g. Korn Ferry, WTW, etc.) to ensure competitiveness and regular pay analysis to ensure internal parity,
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to design competitive job offers while maintaining internal team equity,
  • Oversee the management of pay bands, external benchmarks, levels, and titles through the review and selection of relevant market data,
  • Realize, report, and monitor Human Resources budget plans,
  • Be responsible for the performance management process and system across the Group,
  • Design, analyze, and manage reporting initiatives (headcount & budget reports, Exco Reports etc.) to review Human Resources metrics aligning with budget,
  • Be responsible for HR data quality and continuity of reporting systems, HAY group methodology data sets and metrics,
  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to improve. Promote the development of related HR policies that align with the organizational culture and strategic initiatives,
  • Providing information and support related to the field by carrying out joint studies with Group companies when necessary.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 8-10 years of significant HR generalist experience preferably in Compensation & Benefits and HR Reporting,
  • Excellent mathematical modelling, analytical and technical skills enabling review, analyze, model, scenario plan and interpret large amounts of data,
  • Proficiency in SAP HR and MS Office Applications,
  • Payroll knowledge would be an asset,
  • Proactive, result and detail oriented and self motivated,
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
