We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager to be assigned in head office for our projects located in Turkmenistan.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree from Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
  • Minimum 12 years experience and at least 5 years experience in engineering management or engineering coordination of combined cycle power plant, combined heat and power plant or thermal power plant,
  • Capable to manage multi-discipline engineering and procurement engineering services of combined cycle power plant,
  • Experienced in scheduling of multi-discipline engineering activities
  • Aware of international standards, particularly ASME, API and EN Standards, preferably GOST and Snip Standards,
  • Good understanding of multi-discipline engineering services, ability to read and understand flow diagrams, P&ID’s, single line diagram, control system architecture, plant layout and arrangement drawings,
  • Good knowledge of construction activities,
  • Ability to work in international working environment and having international business sense,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Leadership and managerial skills,
  • Commercially awareness,
  • Good IT and analytical skills Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook),
  • Excellent English communication skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure,
  • Self-motivated and solution provider,
  • No restriction to travel and long working hours.

 

 

Job Description

  • Manage and pursue the project engineering and procurement engineering activities of the project at required quality, in timely manner and within the project budget,
  • Schedule multi-discipline engineering & procurement engineering activities, follow-up schedule, develop action lists, resolve critical engineering, engineering related supply, construction and commissioning issues and make decision,
  • Perform coordination between parties, including design subcontractor, Customer, Owner, Owner’s Engineer, Vendors and construction team,
  • Review multi-discipline documents and to ensure performance of the systems and plant,
  • Support construction team in terms of resolving bottle-necks and accelerating engineering services.
