Job description

• Conduct domestic and foreign legal practices, provide legal consulting to the Company and subsidiaries on all sorts of law;
• Prepare and inspect contracts or other legal documents both in Turkish and English
• Follow-up legal files (litigation and enforcement proceedings)
• Prepare and analyze legal reports
• Keeping informed of industry-specific regulations,
• Provide qualified and efficient legal support to all group companies
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate various kinds of legal documents including contracts
• Assist and assume responsibility in all other matters within the field of responsibility of Legal Department
• Managing intellectual property rights portfolio of the company and subsidiaries
• Lead and assume responsibility in all other matters within the field of responsibility of Legal Department
• Managing outside counsel relationships, as needed.

Qualifications

• Turkish law degree (LL.B) from a leading university with a strong academic record, master degree is a plus,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a multinational company or a reputable law firm,
• Strong knowledge and practice of Commercial law, Labor Law, and also Contracts and Litigation,
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal (legal English),
• Dynamic, self-motivated and solution focused,
• Effective oral and written communication skills and eagerness to participate team-work,
• Strong follow-up, timeliness and analytical skills,
• Ability to perform high performance under high pressure,
• Strong result-oriented and detail-oriented skills,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Demonstrating commercial understanding, good judgment on legal risk decision No traveling restriction,
