We are looking for a " Human Resources Business Partner";

Qualifications:

• Having Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant departments of universities,
• Having min. 2 years of experience in similar positions, (preferably in Recruitment, Onboarding, Candidate Management, Performance Management)
• Knowledge of HR information systems, (SuccessFactors or SAP)
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs, (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Strong coordination, communication and human relations skills,
• Result oriented and self motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible of all HR processes within responsible accounts (Recruitment process, onboarding process, exit process, performance management, career management and etc.)
• Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels (Linkedin/Kariyer.net, professional networks and referrals)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers,
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms,
• Welcoming process for new employees,
• Taking an active role in HR projects.
