Çalık Enerji is operating in Romania, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Iraq and Senegal with its 3 fields of activity; EPC Contracting Operations, Distribution-Retail and Renewable Energy Investments.

 

We are looking for a Overseas Projects Human Resources Business Partner in Çalık Enerji Headquarters;

General Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Experience; preferably in Recruitment and Onboarding (HRBP role is an asset)
  • Result-oriented, proactive and strong follow-up skills,
  • Strong communication skills and being a good team player,
  • Proficiency in MS Office (SAP or SF is an asset)
  • Good level of spoken English.

 

Job Description

  • Be responsible for Turkmenistan and Libya Projects’ HR processes, (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Organizational Charts, Manpower Planning and etc)
  • Working closely with the line managers, understanding the business drivers, as a strategic partner to the business and building strong individual and organizational relationships and interacting with all organizational levels.
  • Build and maintain operational data tracking processes,
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues,
  • Support and active contribution to internal communication plan.
